Cruise Personaliser

The Cruise Personaliser is an online tool which is available to you 24 hours after booking. The lead booker will need their details and reference number to access the account. You can use the Personaliser to keep on top of your itinerary, Visas and vaccinations, and arrangements for embarking and disembarking. You can also use it to amend bed or dining preferences and pre-purchase any extra services you want to add. Payments

When you book a P&O Cruise online, you can choose to only pay the deposit or pay the full amount. The rest of your balance will be payable as a lump sum before you sail. If you booked over the phone, you may have been able to set up a plan to pay in instalments. Call 0844 248 2654 to make a payment over the phone, or for assistance if you are unable to pay online. If you booked with a travel agent, you must settle your outstanding balance through them. You need to ensure that you pay off your cruise in advance of sailing.

Cancellations
