Will my hotel have a holiday rep?

Most Thomson hotels will have a holiday rep in resort, however if you’re staying in a hotel that doesn’t, there is a 24/7 helpline available.

What do I do if my baggage is lost or delayed?

To report lost or delayed baggage at the airport, you will have to fill out a property irregularity report at the airport, then call the number on the form. For the first five days, you should contact the airport where your luggage was lost or delayed. If it has been missing for more than 6 days, call Thomson customer services.
